Welcome to the Stone Circle Bakehouse!

Our 18,000-pound wood-fired oven is located in Holt, Michigan and produces quality artisan breads delivered daily to the Lansing area’s authentic grocers, restaurants, farmer markets and Michigan State University.  Everyone at the Bakehouse is committed to our motto:

Life is too short to eat bad bread!


In the European tradition of artisan breads, all doughs are gently mixed, slowly fermented, hand shaped and baked on the deck of the wood fired oven.  The result is a firm crusted loaf with a tender crumb.  Ingredients are fresh without additives or preservatives and obtained locally if possible. The taste is incredible, and one bite will get you hooked!
